Before checking in, the pair decided to explore the nearby falls, where locals had told them that the pool at its base carried magical healing powers and even boosted fertility. Majella, never one to miss an opportunity for humour, brushed it off as “a local myth.” Daniel, quick with a quip, laughed: “I’m as fit as a fiddle – but it might be good for you.”
What began as playful teasing soon escalated into a full-blown water fight instigated by Daniel himself. Within minutes, both were drenched, their laughter echoing through the hills.
